Shipping and Handling

We’re keeping things close to home for now and currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping will roll out in December 2026, starting with our accessory bundles. To keep everything simple and stress-free, all shipping costs are already included in the price of the equipment. This means no surprises at checkout, just smooth delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel as good about your purchase as you do after a great Pilates session. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. Returns are accepted within 20 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition. Please note that return shipping isn’t covered unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
